Ans. The minimum order limit on O2kart is set to ₹ 100. So, you must have items of ₹100 or more in your cart to place your order.

Ans. You can get Free Delivery on purchase of ₹500 or more.


Q. What is the Local Delivery Charge on O2kart?

Ans. The Local Delivery charge is set to ₹20 for Katihar town area only. But if your order value is ₹500 or more, it is eligible for Free Delivery.


Q. How can I Cancel my order if placed by mistake?

Ans. Well, there is no option to cancel an order on O2kart. So, be sure before placing an order and please don’t make fake orders. If someone does this his/her mobile number will be blocked by O2kart and the person will not be able to place an order in future.


Q. How to Return my order if I get a wrong or defective product?

Ans. The Return will be accepted only if you get a wrong or defective product. You can raise a return within 24 hours of delivery. To return you can send original photos of your order bill and the wrong/defective product to our whatsapp number: 8709635676. Your return will be processed within 24 hours if eligible.
